I think a lot of developers out there are scratching their heads on how some are getting so much productivity out of it. I think the bottom line for me, is that the tooling isn't there yet. And that is as expected this early. I use the sh** out of AI with my development. Still using the chat bots, because the IDE UX is too frustrating. And the best models still fall down on the most simple tasks. But they are also super useful for some things. It's a lot of work to figure out how to work best with these things. And further, each have their quirks, so I switch between them based on what works best for a given task.
