Thank you for sharing! I've been on the meditation journey for 7 years now since my first retreat with Burgs and I have to say the technology relationship remains one of my biggest struggles today. I keep trying to find a sustainable way to stay "connected" but have not yet managed to - looking forward to the session on Friday!
